Unfortunately we are currently an online only store.
We currently offer two methods of shipping at checkout:
- Aramex (Overnight to Door):
This is an overnight to your door shipping option via Aramex courier.
Orders are dispatched within one business day once your payment has been cleared by the bank. Once shipped, your order will be delivered to you by 12h00 the following business day in all main centres. Delivery to regional areas may take up to 72 hours. Please ensure that someone is available at your shipping address to collect and sign for the package on delivery.
ShrimpCity and its employees cannot be held liable for any loss during transit. Please note this shipping option is not available for livestock
- Local Pick-up – Fourways, Gauteng: Local pickup allows you to collect your order in Fourways, Johannesburg. You will be contacted via email or WhatsApp in order to arrange a date and time for collection. This is normally in the mornings on weekends, however alternative arrangements can be discussed depending on availability.
Payments for shipments via Aramex must be made using an EFT. After your order has been placed, you will receive a detailed email with all of the relevant details.
Orders to be collected in Fourways can be paid for using an EFT or cash on collection.
